Pecharka worked on this sculpture for several years to accurately render the finest details. You can see the individual hairs on the gorilla; each leaf is as crisp as you would find in its jungle home. This sculpture was cast using 27 lbs. (12 kg) of pure bronze. It is finished with a classic patina in tones of browns. The artist has inscribed his name on the rear side of the sculpture. Each sculpture is marked with its unique number from an edition limited to just 7 castings, and is cast in the Art Bronze foundry seal. This gorilla bronze stands 11½" by 19" wide (29 cm high x 48 cm wide).
